The SIM and Device will be delivered within 10 business days, provided payment has cleared. Once delivered please allow up to 24 hours from the time the SIM Card is inserted for the data to be allocated. Please note that the purchase of the Telkom LTE service is subject to RICA and you will be required to provide certain documentation on delivery of the device, the requirements will be communicated to you.
Top-ups are available for this product.
You can use the LTE sim anywhere provided you are within the relevant provider’s Telkom coverage area. That said, LTE is designed to be a fixed home-based product and it can take up to 24 hours to connect to the new tower if you do move it.
You can generally expect speeds between 10-150Mbps. Please note, however, that speeds are determined by the external environment around your home and where the router is situated in your home.
The LTE SIM should only be used in a compatible LTE router.
