Telkom capped LTE data top up
The Telkom data SIM will not get Geo locked to the closest network tower, which means you can use this service on the go.

You can use the LTE service anywhere provided you are within the relevant provider’s Telkom coverage area. That said, LTE is designed to be a fixed home-based product and it can take up to 24 hours to connect to the new tower if you do move it.
You can generally expect speeds between 10-150Mbps. Please note, however, that speeds are determined by the external environment around your home and where the router is situated in your home.
The LTE SIM should only be used in a compatible LTE router.
This product is generally not suitable for live TV streaming.
Data usage:
Live TV streaming use a lot of data, depending on the definition of quality:
Standard definition (SD): Approximately 0.8 GB to 1.5 GB per hour
High definition (HD): Roughly 1.5 GB to 5 GB per hour
Ultra high definition (UHD/4K): Around 7 GB to 10 GB per hour
Please be aware that live online TV streaming alone requires a minimum line speed of 30mbps and a minimum of 400 gig per month on lower resolutions such as SD for a good TV user experience.
It is important to make sure your data allocation is sufficient for your live TV service you use otherwise you will run out of of your data cap when you sign up for our smaller internet options.
