Refund Policy

Once the warehouse receives your parcel, we will reimburse the item price less the delivery cost.

Netbuzz is not able to accept the return of any products which have not gone through the above process. Products returned may be sent back to you at your expense if received in an unacceptable state. Please treat products and packaging with reasonable care while in your possession.
We require the “invoice Number”, which you will find in your “My Account” to be able to expedite your query with appropriate urgency, your invoice should also be in your email inbox.
Any item which was not purchased from Netbuzz but returned to us can only be re-sent to you at your own shipping costs.
Netbuzz will not be liable for storage, returning, disposing of or otherwise taking any responsibility over any such item.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at netbuzz247@gmail.com and we will make the appropriate arrangements for delivery and collection of your items.

Specific policies by product category:
Below is a list of products that may have no returns or other limitations:

Category
Baby Products: All baby items need to be returned in original and new condition. If, upon inspection, the items appear to be used, worn or without tags, we will not be able to process your refund.

Mattresses & Bedding: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened mattresses or bedding. Bedding items include duvets, pillows, mattress toppers etc.

Jewelry: We cannot accept returns on any pierced body jewelry such as earrings for hygiene reasons.

Clothes, Shoes & Watches: Clothes must be returned unused and in a resalable condition with all tags. If, upon inspection, clothes appear to be worn or without tags, we cannot accept returns. We cannot accept returns on certain types of clothing such as underwear, swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Health & Beauty: We cannot accept returns on items where packaging seals have been broken due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes all Adult paraphernalia.

Furniture – Outdoor & Indoor: We are unable to accept returns on any self-assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled. We try to provide accurate measurements on our deal page and we are unable to accept returns where furniture will not fit through the doors at the delivery address. Products must be undamaged and unused.

Electronics: For returns on any electronic items ensure that all accessories and manuals / and or booklets with original packaging is included. In order to protect your privacy and other interests in data, please delete all data on returned electronics and reset the products to factory settings. We are not responsible for any data contained on returned items.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Downloadable software products.

If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at netbuzz247@gmail.com@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should ship your product to: 10 Geluk, Myngenoegen, R71, Polokwane, 0699

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
